Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Systems Engineer to shape the future of electric drive systems for battery electric and hybrid vehicles worldwide. You will work with customers globally, coordinating requirements and leading testing and commissioning activities on site.

The role requires a Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related fields and 4+ years of development experience in electric drives in customer projects with vehicle manufacturers. Strong DOORS/ASPICE proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree as listed in the qualifications section.
Experience developing requirements with DOORS and broad system understanding.
Strong problem-solving experience and ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

Systemic main point of contact for internal and external customers.
Coordinate functions, lead requirements analysis with international vehicle manufacturers, develop requirements for power electronics, define release plans, monitor implementation and test appropriately.
Lead commissioning activities on site at customers and bring products to life.
Act as central contact within development projects for troubleshooting.
Perform system analyses using Focus area matrix, DRBFM and FMEA methods.
Create ASPICE-compliant requirement documentation in DOORS and customer documentation.
