Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/voc training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in powersports or automotive service management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles and maintenance needs.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced retail service environment.
• Proficiency with service management software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all service dept activities including scheduling and technician assignments.
• Supervise, train, and develop service staff for technical excellence and customer service.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction; address issues promptly.
• Oversee parts inventory and ordering to ensure parts availability.
• Prepare and manage service dept budgets and analyze financial reports.
