Qualifications

  • Certification from recognized powersports or automotive service organizations (e.g., ASE) is preferred.
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory control software.
  • Demonstrated success in improving service department profitability and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Strong understanding of warranty processes and manufacturer service guidelines.
