Qualifications

• Experience in powersports or related service environment preferred.
• Supervisory or service-management experience a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing daily service department operations and workflow.
• Coordinate repair orders, service appointments, and technician assignments.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, estimates, timelines, and service updates.
• Monitor repair progress and help ensure work is completed on schedule and to company standards.
• Assist technicians with parts, service information, and other resources needed to complete repairs.
• Help inspect completed work and ensure customer concerns are properly addressed.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and department documentation.
• Assist with parts ordering, inventory coordination, and warranty-related processes.
• Support the Service Manager with team coordination, training, and performance expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service department.
• Provide hands-on support to the team when needed and help resolve day-to-day service issues.
• Promote a positive customer experience and represent the company professionally.
