Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; tech training preferred.
• At least 3 years of powersports or automotive service management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles and their maintenance requirements.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced retail service environment.
• Proficiency with service management software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all service department activities, including scheduling, workflow, and technician assignments to optimize productivity.
• Supervise, train, and develop service staff to ensure high levels of technical expertise and customer service.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, addressing issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
• Oversee parts inventory and ordering processes to ensure availability of components for repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare and manage service department budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in the service department.
• Collaborate with sales and parts to support dealership goals and customer experience.
• Implement and maintain service policies, procedures, and documentation to streamline operations.
