Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred.
• 3+ years in powersports or automotive service management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles and maintenance requirements.
• Experience with service management software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all service department activities including scheduling and technician assignments.
• Supervise, train, and develop service staff for technical and customer service excellence.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction; address issues to maintain relationships.
• Oversee parts inventory and ordering to ensure availability for repairs.
• Prepare and manage service budgets; analyze financial reports to improve profitability.
