Hazleton Hyundai is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to manage the service experience from start to finish. You will be the main contact for service customers and ensure accurate documentation of concerns.

As a full-time team member, you will schedule service appointments, communicate estimates and timelines, coordinate with technicians and parts staff, and help ensure timely repairs. We offer benefits, time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for service customers.
• Greet customers and accurately document service concerns.
• Schedule service appointments and managing repair orders.
• Communicate estimates, recommended repairs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide status updates and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Review and close repair orders, including processing payments.
• Promote maintenance services and upselling additional repairs when appropriate.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
