Redline Powersports Group in South Richmond, VA is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dealership team. You will coach the sales staff, drive showroom traffic, and maximize profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

The role partners with Finance & Insurance to ensure smooth deal flow and strong product penetration. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of dealership management experience in powersports or related retail, with a proven track record of leading

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dealership management experience in powersports or similar retail.
• Proven history of leading a high-performing sales team with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, including: Sales process, Deal structuring and desking, F&I workflow, CRM management, Inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, developing, and holding the sales team accountable to performance expectations.
• Driving showroom traffic into sold units through proven sales processes.
• Working deals, desking transactions, and maximizing profitability while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
• Partnering with Finance & Insurance to ensure smooth deal flow and strong product penetration.
• Monitoring inventory, aging, pricing, and merchandising to maximize inventory turns.
• Utilizing CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-up and lead management.
• Recruiting, hiring, and developing top sales talent.
• Leading from the showroom floor—not from behind a desk.
