You will prospect, develop and manage motorcycle-focused accounts for new business production and build strategic partnerships with specialty and independent agents.

The ideal candidate thrives working independently, consistently exceeds sales goals, and can travel 25–50% across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience in field sales.
• Marketing knowledge from a degree or equivalent experience.
• Power Sports industry experience preferred.
• Ability to meet travel requirements (25-50%).
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Independent, goal-driven with ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and maintain motorcycle-focused accounts for new business production.
• Manage the assigned US territory or countrywide accounts, dealerships and affinity programs.
• Deliver new business sales through multiple distribution channels with an effective strategy.
• Oversee marketing and sales activities in the area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with Product Management to shape motorcycle and powersports products and processes.
• Monitor industry trends and product competitiveness; adjust strategies accordingly.
