Sentry Insurance seeks a high performing Powersports and Motorcycle Sales Manager to lead new business growth in the Powersports division. The role focuses on developing relationships with specialty and independent insurance agents as well as affinity groups, driving profitable growth and expanding market presence.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives independently, consistently exceeds sales goals, and builds strategic partnerships that deliver results across a flexible

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience in field sales.
• Demonstrated marketing knowledge from a marketing, public relations, or communications degree or equivalent experience.
• Power Sports industry experience preferred but not required.
• Extensive knowledge of consumer products marketing and specialty products with insurance industry experience.

Mansioni

• Prospect, develop and maintain motorcycle focused accounts for new business production.
• Manage the assigned US territory and/or countrywide areas for new business development of dealership, affinity accounts, and/or motorcycle agents.
• Deliver new business sales through applicable distribution channels with an effective strategy for product distribution.
• Oversee marketing and sales activities in area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with Product Management on motorcycle and powersports insurance products to increase production and identify product/process improvements.
• Research industry trends and assess competitiveness of current products.
• Assist in creating and measuring promotional, marketing, branding, and content activities for the motorcycle niche.
