The role requires 25-50% travel, strategic partnership building, and independent, goal-driven work style. Territory will be decided by location of the selected candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of field sales experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and maintain motorcycle-focused accounts for new business production.
• Manage territory and develop dealership and affinity accounts.
• Deliver new business sales through multiple distribution channels.
• Oversee marketing and sales activities in area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with Product Management to enhance motorcycle and powersports products.
• Monitor industry trends and competitiveness of current products.
• Support marketing in campaigns; measure effectiveness of activities.
• Research niches and ensure systems support marketing efforts.
