RideNow Powersports in the Dallas/Fort Worth area seeks a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our locations. The GM will drive sales across all departments and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of powersports dealership leadership, proven revenue growth, F&I and CRM experience, and a strong grasp of dealership operations and financial metrics for on-site leadership in McKinney, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership leadership experience in powersports or related industries.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building high-performing teams.
• Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance metrics.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and drive sales across departments.
• Analyze KPIs and adapt strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage the full retail sales process including deal structuring and closing.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations to align store goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues quickly.
