Job summary

RideNow Powersports -McKinney is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our locations. The role requires a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and knows how to build winning teams.

You will drive sales performance across Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service, analyze KPIs, and partner with Regional Operations to align store results with company objectives. A strong emphasis on customer experience and team development is key.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in powersports dealership
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Experience with F&I, CRM, and desking tools
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and drive sales performance across all departments—Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service.
• Analyze key performance indicators and adapt strategy to exceed revenue and profitability targets
• Cultivate a high-performing team culture through coaching, training, and accountability
• Manage the full retail sales process, including deal structuring, closing, desking, inventory flow, and customer engagement
• Partner with Regional Operations to align store performance with broader organizational objectives
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues quickly to build long-term customer relationships
