RideNow Powersports - Forney is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our locations. The role demands a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can build winning teams.

You will drive sales across departments, manage the full retail process, analyze KPIs, and partner with Regional Operations to meet organizational objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in powersports dealership leadership preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial metrics.

What You'll Do:

• Lead by example and drive sales performance across all departments-Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service.
• Analyze key performance indicators and adapt strategy to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets
• Cultivate a high-performing team culture through ongoing coaching, training, and accountability
• Manage the full retail sales process, including deal structuring, closing, desking, inventory flow, and customer engagement
• Partner with Regional Operations to align store performance with broader organizational objectives
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues quickly to build long-term customer relationships

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in powersports dealership leadership preferred (automotive, RV, or marine industries considered)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading successful sales teams
• Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance metrics
