RideNow Powersports in the Dallas/Fort Worth area seeks a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our locations. The GM will drive sales across all departments and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of powersports dealership leadership, proven revenue growth, F&I and CRM experience, and a strong grasp of dealership operations and financial metrics for on-site leadership in McKinney, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership leadership experience in powersports or related industries.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building high-performing teams.
• Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance metrics.

RideNow Powersports - Dallas/Fort Worth, the largest powersports retailer in the country, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our locations. We're looking for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and knows how to build winning teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example and drive sales performance across all departments—Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service.
• Analyze key performance indicators and adapt strategy to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets
• Cultivate a high-performing team culture through ongoing coaching, training, and accountability
• Manage the full retail sales process, including deal structuring, closing, desking, inventory flow, and customer engagement
• Partner with Regional Operations to align store performance with broader organizational objectives
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues quickly to build long-term customer relationships

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in powersports dealership leadership preferred (automotive, RV, or marine industries considered)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading successful sales teams
• Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance metrics
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties
