Job summary

RideNow Powersports - Forney is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our high-volume retail locations in Texas. You will drive sales across all departments—Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service—while coaching a field-leading team and optimizing performance metrics.

We seek a proven leader with a track record of exceeding targets, strong CRM/desking tool experience, and deep knowledge of dealership operations and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in powersports dealership leadership
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and drive sales performance across all departments - Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service
• Analyze KPIs and adapt strategy to exceed revenue and profitability targets
• Cultivate a high-performing team culture through coaching, training, and accountability
• Manage the full retail sales process, including deal structuring, closing, desking, inventory flow, and customer engagement
• Partner with Regional Operations to align store performance with broader objectives
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues quickly to build loyalty
