RideNow Powersports - Forney is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our locations. The role demands a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can build winning teams.

You will drive sales across departments, manage the full retail process, analyze KPIs, and partner with Regional Operations to meet organizational objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in powersports dealership leadership preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and drive sales performance across all departments.
• Analyze KPIs and adapt strategy to exceed revenue targets.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team through training and accountability.
• Manage the full retail sales process including deal structuring and inventory flow.
• Partner with Regional Operations to align store performance with goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
