Job summary

McGrath Powersports seeks a driven Powersports Finance Producer to join our Cedar Rapids dealership. You will present financing options, submit loan applications, and maximize deals with finance products, partnering with the sales team to ensure smooth deliveries.

The role offers uncapped earning potential through commissions, performance bonuses, and incentives, in a high-volume, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous finance, automotive F&I, powersports F&I, or high-level sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and income-driven mindset.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and peak seasonal hours.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
