McGrath Family of Dealerships in Cedar Rapids is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, own your results, and build lasting customer relationships through a proven sales process and relentless work ethic.

Prior automotive experience is not required—the right attitude, grit, and ability to ask great questions will set you up for success.

Schedule: Full-Time | Closed Sundays
