Job summary

Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson - RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as an F&I Manager in an Automotive or Powersports dealership, with deep knowledge of finance products and applicable laws.

This role entails generating revenue via finance and insurance sales while collaborating closely with sales associates. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills and a history of exceeding sales

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive dealership.
• At least 2 years in F&I, preferably in powersports.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue goals.
• Exceptional communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Sales Associates for success.
• Review customer credit and work with bank underwriters.
• Train employees on finance products and loans.
