Job summary

Dallas Harley-Davidson seeks a Business/Finance Manager to drive revenue by selling finance, insurance, and extended service programs to new and pre-owned powersports customers. The role collaborates daily with Sales and Accounting to maximize approvals and funding efficiency.

The ideal candidate has F&I experience in a powersports or automotive dealership, strong knowledge of finance products and deal structures, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Powersports F&I experience preferred and motorcycle endorsement required.
• Motorcycle Endorsement and Harley Riding Experience Preferred
• Strong knowledge of finance products, rate matrix, deal structure, and an in-depth understanding of sales data
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and profits for the dealership by selling finance, insurance, and extended service programs to new and pre-owned powersports customers
• Partner with Sales Managers and Sales Associates daily to work as one team for overall success
• Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded
• Review customer credit, their desires and needs, and work with bank underwriters to maximize approvals
• Ensure deals are processed timely and within lenders' guidelines
• Communicate with sales on finance policies and procedures
• Paperwork and cleaning deals
• Work with Accounting on questions or needs to ensure quick funding
• Train and guide employees on finance products and loans
• Sit for prolonged periods at workstation
