• Experience negotiating and resolving disputes.
• Experience/interest in powersports or automotive industries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with product information and support for questions and complaints.
• Act as liaison between customer and company.
• Communicate with external dealers/customers about order verification/status, pricing, shipment status and quality issues.
• Conduct follow-up regarding service support issues (parts, manuals, training, etc.)
