No prior powersports sales experience is required; the ideal candidate can build relationships, follow up, and create a buying experience that brings customers back.

Qualifications

• Previous success in a customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, competitive, and driven to improve.
• Comfortable building relationships and asking for the sale.
• Willingness to learn new products and processes.
• Comfortable using—or willing to learn—social media as a sales tool.
• Passion for powersports, motorsports, boating, or the outdoor lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in-store, online, and through referrals.
• Help customers select the right product for their needs and budget.
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process from first conversation to delivery.
• Follow up consistently to create repeat and referral business.
• Generate opportunities through networking, community involvement, and customer relationships.
• Use social media platforms to showcase inventory, connect with customers, and build your personal brand.
• Learn products, technology, and accessories so you can become a trusted resource for customers.
