This role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service and support regarding product inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong negotiation skills are essential. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to communicate effectively with customers. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications
