Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to connect with Indian Motorcycle and Polaris Slingshot owners, handling inquiries by phone and email, and guiding them through repairs and product information.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Medina, MN with remote work options. You will influence internal teams to focus on customer needs, generate ideas from direct feedback, and represent the brand at owner events, demos, and outreach initiatives, while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree with equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience in customer engagement or dealership environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Engage motorcycle customers with personalized communication and manage case follow-ups.
• Provide product expertise and personalized recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate proactive outreach for repairs and brand advocacy.
• Influence internal teams to prioritize customer needs and generate improvement ideas.
• Represent Polaris at events and collaborate with engineering for issue resolution.
• Handle inbound inquiries and special projects.
