Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.

• Ability to learn technical products and explain them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Answer questions about products, installation, functionality, and use.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions or next steps.
• Assist customers with selecting the right Dynojet solution for their needs.
• Support dealers and distributors with product information and service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and document interactions.
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and accurate in systems.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to management.
• Educate customers on products, software, tuning, and related technologies.
• Maintain current knowledge of Dynojet products and services.
