Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a senior Warranty Lead to oversee the complete planning and execution of warranty claims within the PowerFlex business line. You will manage the warranty process, verify issues, perform RCA, validate claims, and plan repair actions with internal teams and suppliers.

Based in Sedalia, MO or other US locations, travel as needed to support field services. The role requires 12+ years in warranty management, strong RCA and contract interpretation skills, and excellent

Qualifications

• 12+ years of warranty management or EPC experience.
• Strong knowledge of PowerFLX EPC scope of service.
• Technical familiarity with engine and BOP mechanical/electrical parts and failure modes.
• Ability to interpret contractual terms related to EPC warranties.
• Experience with RCA and warranty policy application.
• Excellent cross-functional facilitation and communication.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claim workflow and ensure prompt processing.
• Coordinate internal and external SME resources for assessments.
• Oversee RCA process for warranty claims.
• Validate claims against contract terms and RCA outcomes.
• Create and share repair proposals using RCA findings.
• Coordinate resources to execute repairs with the supply chain.
• Work with suppliers to pursue cost recovery and claims.
• Provide periodic updates to customers on progress and metrics.
• Elevate warranty fulfillment risks to leadership with reports.
