PROENERGY is seeking a Client Facing Project Engineering Manager to own scope, budget, and schedule for PowerFLX EPC projects. You will lead a multi-discipline engineering team, oversee third-party engineering, and work with clients to deliver high-quality engineering deliverables.

Reporting to the VP PowerFLX Engineering, you will help build an in-house EPC capability, guide procedures and standards, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with a global EPC team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
• Six years of experience in related work
• Two or more years of EPC project management or lead level discipline engineer experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in tight schedules
• Proficient in interpreting and providing direction on project controls and scheduling
• Ability to promote quality and continuous improvement

Responsabilités

• Manage scope, budget, and schedule of assigned projects including change management
• Provide third party engineering oversight and lead multi-discipline engineering teams
• Lead engineers to produce deliverables for PowerFLX EPC work
• Own technical design of projects and serve as engineer of record for specific disciplines
• Coordinate with clients and EPC team to execute RFIs and change orders
• Develop project team vision and align with operational goals
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
• Identify KPIs and manage KPI tracking and reporting
