Job summary

PROENERGY seeks a seasoned Warranty Program Director to oversee the complete planning and execution of warranty claims within the PowerFLX business line. You will manage the warranty process, verify issues, perform root cause analyses, validate claims, and plan repair actions with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

This role reports to the Warranty Program Director and can be based in Sedalia, MO; Kansas City, MO; or Houston, TX, with travel as needed to support global EPC warranty activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of PowerFLX EPC scope of service.
• Technically proficient with engine and BOP mechanical/electrical parts, O&M manuals, failure modes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Able to interpret contractual terms related to EPC warranties, OEM suppliers, service vendors, and subcontractors.
• Strong project management and warranty process execution experience.
• Skilled in conducting RCA and preparing RCA reports.
• Effective communicator and facilitator of cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing and able to travel as needed.
• U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claim workflow and ensure prompt processing of received claims.
• Coordinate tasks and resources to facilitate claim assessment.
• Oversee the warranty claim RCA process and validate claims per contract terms.
• Create and share repair proposals using RCA assessments.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to execute repairs.
• Collaborate with supply chain to pursue supplier claims and cost recovery.
• Communicate claim progress updates to customers.
• Monitor warranty cost and analyze warranty claim metrics.
• Provide periodic reports and escalate risks to leadership.
