Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a PowerFLX Warranty Project Manager to oversee the complete planning and execution of warranty claims within the PowerFLX line. The role reports to the Warranty Program Director and can be based in Sedalia, MO, Kansas City, MO, or Houston, TX, requiring strong project governance and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities include managing claim workflows, RCA processes, coordinating internal and external SMEs, and communicating with customers while tracking warranty

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience with warranty or EPC projects.
• Knowledge of PowerFLX EPC scope of service and warranty policies.
• Ability to interpret contractual terms related to EPC warranties.
• Experience with RCA and warranty process execution.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claim workflow and ensure prompt processing.
• Coordinate internal/external SME resources for claim assessment.
• Oversee the warranty claim RCA process and validate claims.
• Create and share repair proposals using RCA assessments.
• Coordinate resources to execute repairs and support cost recovery.
• Communicate progress updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor warranty cost and analyze warranty metrics.
• Provide periodic reports and escalate risks to leadership.
