Job summary

PROENERGY, an engineering, R&D, and manufacturing powerhouse in the energy sector, seeks a client-facing Project Engineering Manager to own the scope, budget, and schedule of PowerFLX EPC projects. You will lead a multi-discipline engineering team, provide oversight, and collaborate with clients to deliver world-class, quality-focused deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management from an accredited program.
• Six (6) years of related work experience with two+ years in EPC project management or lead engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex information to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Client facing ownership of scope, budget, and schedule for PowerFLX EPC projects.
• Lead a multi-discipline engineering team to produce deliverables and provide engineering oversight.
• Develop guidelines and procedures to ensure engineering standardization and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and drive KPI tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients and internal EPC team to execute RFIs and reviews.
