Job summary

Permobil, Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Customer Experience Power Parts Representative to provide exceptional support for power wheelchair parts, answer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate parts fulfillment.

The role is full-time and onsite with a pay range of $20.00–$21.00 per hour. Candidates should have 1–3 years of call center experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience directly working in a call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and order entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding power wheelchair parts.
• Provide product information, availability, and pricing to customers.
• Identify correct parts based on wheelchair models and issues.
• Enter and manage orders in the system accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse or service teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Generate order confirmations and shipping updates.
