Job summary

Permobil is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our Lebanon, TN team onsite. You will support customers, sales reps, and end users worldwide, processing quotes, orders, and returns, and building strong relationships with open communication.

Requires 2-4 years of customer support experience and a high school diploma; bilingual Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 9:00am-6:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer support experience or related
• High school diploma or GED required
• Call center experience a plus
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers, sales reps and end users globally
• Process quotes, orders and returns within the region
• Build sustainable relationships through open communication
