Job summary

Permobil is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Lebanon, TN, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager. This role supports customers, sales reps, and end users worldwide, handling quotes, orders, and returns while building trusted relationships.

Requirements include 2–4 years in customer support, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English grammar; Spanish is a plus. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer support experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills a plus.
• Strong grammar and professional communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated point of contact for the specified international region, providing daily and technical support.
• Process quotes, orders, and returns within the region.
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Transportation, and Production Planning.
