Job summary

Permobil, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Pasco, WA. This full-time onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a pay range of $20.00–$21.00 per hour.

You will support customers, sales reps, and end users globally, handling quotes, orders, and returns while building strong account relationships. Applicants should have 2–4 years of customer support experience and strong English, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer support experience.
• Proven customer support or Client Services experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers, sales reps, and end users worldwide.
• Process quotes, parts orders, chair orders and returns within the region.
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within time limits and follow up.
• Maintain regular attendance and work as part of a team.
