Permobil is hiring a Customer Experience Representative in Pasco, WA, for full-time onsite work Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm. The role focuses on supporting customers, sales reps, and end users across regions.

You’ll build relationships, handle quotes and orders, resolve complaints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Minimum 2–4 years of customer support experience required; English proficiency essential.

• 2–4 years of customer support experience.
• Experience as a Client Services Representative.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).

• Process quotes, parts orders, chair orders, and returns where applicable within the region.

Pay Range: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Your Role in Our Mission

The Customer Experience representative is part of a teamthat provide support to customers, sales reps, and end users all over thewworld. For specific duties, see below. The Customer Experience representativeis part of a team that provide support to customers, sales reps, and end usersall over thew world.

Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

Typicalrequires a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience. Typicalrequires a general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.

Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.

Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

Dedicated Point of Contact forspecifiedinternationalregion, providingdailyand technicalsupport.

Process quotes, parts orders, chair ordersand returns when applicable within the region.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Handle customer complaintsandprovide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Support Customer Experience teamsasneeded.

Follow direction, procedures, andinstructions for all work assignments.

Work as a team andmaintainprofessionalismat all levels in the organization.

Maintain regular and predictable attendance;report to workon time.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of at least 2-4years’ experienceof customer support.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client ServicesRepresentative.

High school diploma or GED.

Call center experience a plus.

Proficiency in theEnglish language(written and oral);strong grammar skills.

Ability tocommunicate with a pleasant voiceandin aprofessionalmanner.

Attention to detail andability to perform accurate work.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records.

Ability to workindependently,self-starter, with minimal supervision.

Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks on an ongoing basis.

Basic computer, and mathskills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pacedenvironmentandmanage time effectively.

Interact with a multitude of internal areas including Sales, Transportation, Production Planning.

Ability to accommodate flexible or variedwork schedules.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Strong problem-solving mindset.

Pay Transparency

The expected pay range for this role is $20.00 – $21.00 per hour . Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
