Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department. You will manage data flow into Primavera P6, audit schedule health in Excel, and create reports tracking project milestones to keep programs on track.

No prior construction experience is required; we provide technical training for Primavera P6 and a clear career path in construction planning and scheduling, focusing on developing practical skills and rapid

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associates degree in related field.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with Project Schedulers on CPM concepts.
• Provide on-site schedule updates and reporting.
• Analyze data and generate reports using P6, Excel, PowerBI.
• Calculate Total Float and Schedule Performance metrics.
• Identify patterns to forecast project outcomes.
• Ensure schedule data quality and naming conventions.
