Qualifications

• 7+ years of full cycle recruitment (regional/national).
• Experience recruiting for Power space engineering functions.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting and strategic sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment for Power Business Unit requisitions.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Power leadership to develop recruiting strategies.
• Build talent pipelines and implement data-driven recruiting practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and share knowledge within TA team.
