Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on identifying and attracting top talent for our global Power and IT engineering segments. You will partner with HR partners, hiring managers, and leaders to build teams aligned with our strategic priorities and core behaviors.

You will own full cycle recruitment for Power BU roles and contribute to continuous improvement, using data trends and a consultative approach to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ minimum full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for Electrical Eng/Power spaces.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to gather data and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in the accelerated growth of the Power BU engineering product lines.
• Build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology.
• Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions within the Power BU.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Power BU leadership to develop recruiting strategies.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical engineering functions.
• Contribute to teamwork and knowledge sharing within TA and HR.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide value to customers.
