Job summary

Vertiv Contract Recruiter role focuses on identifying and attracting top engineering talent for our global business units, starting with the Power product lines such as UPS, DC Power, energy storage, and switchgear. You will partner with HR Partners and BU leadership to execute strategic recruiting plans and build teams aligned with Vertiv’s priorities.

As a senior recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, drive process improvements, and contribute to a data-driven TA organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, regional/national scope, in 3rd party and corporate environments.
• Experience recruiting for Power domain roles and related engineering functions.
• Strong collaboration with HR partners and leadership to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in growth of the Power BU engineering product lines.
• Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions within the Power BU.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and BU leadership to develop recruiting strategies.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical engineering functions.
• Contribute to teamwork and share knowledge within TA and HR.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven results.
