Vertiv is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our global engineering teams across Power and related product lines. You will lead full cycle recruitment for the Power Business Unit, collaborating with HR partners and leadership to deploy effective strategies and processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional/national level.
• Experience recruiting for and/or familiarity with Power space engineering roles (Electrical, Firmware, Test, Reliability).
• Experience in strategic recruiting in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication with key stakeholders to create buy-in.
• Ability to gather data, analyze and present findings to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in the accelerated growth of the Power Business Unit engineering product lines.
• Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology.
• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions within the Power Business Unit.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Power BU leadership to develop recruiting strategies to achieve goals.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical engineering functions.
• Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization.
• Be innovative: share ideas to drive continuous improvement and increase customer value.
• Own your job: work with ethics, responsibility, and ownership to impact customers and the company.
• Define and build programs that address business talent needs with a sales/consultative approach.
• Foster a data driven organization and leverage metrics to drive results.
