Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Contract Recruiter in Westerville, OH to identify and attract top talent for our Power engineering product lines, with growth into other units. You will partner with HR, hiring managers, and leaders to build teams aligned with our strategic priorities and values.

You will own full-cycle recruitment for Power roles, drive recruiting strategies, and contribute to a data-driven TA culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ minimum full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in the Power space (Electrical/Electrical Eng, firmware, test, sustaining, product/program management, data science).
• Experience in high-volume/strategic recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in the accelerated growth of our Power Business Unit engineering product lines.
• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions within the Power Business Unit.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Power Business Unit leadership to develop recruiting strategies.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical engineering functions.
• Foster teamwork and knowledge sharing within the TA team and HR organization.
• Be innovative: drive continuous improvement and increase value to the customer.
