Job summary

Celestica Lead Engineer, Test Development is responsible for designing, developing and implementing automatic test equipment and test programs to ensure robust and high-quality manufactured products. The role involves independent work, technical leadership, and collaboration with suppliers, customers and internal teams.

The incumbent will lead test strategy development, hardware/software integration, and production-level testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Linux and programming (Python) is required.
• Strong understanding of test equipment and manufacturing tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead automatic test equipment and test programs.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on test strategies.
• Lead multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
