Job summary

SynchroGrid is seeking a mid-level Sales Engineer to blend technical know-how in power system protection with sales support. You will demo SARA software, draft technical scopes, and help grow consulting and software services across North America.

The role includes post-sale implementation support, account management, and travel to client sites. A bachelor's in electrical engineering and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Coursework in power systems or protection preferred.
• Familiarity with software applications and databases; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and demonstrations (50%).
• Develop proposals and technical scopes for software and engineering services.
• Support regional strategy and account plans with technical input.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demos of SARA software.
• Create customer-facing technical guides and collateral.
• Assist with PoC evaluations and client site visits as needed.
• Lead post-sale implementation support and account management (30%).
• Onboard and train new SARA software customers; assist integration.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with engineering for complex problems.
• Maintain CRM content, track demos, and coordinate with engineering Feasibility.
