Qualifications

• High School/GED required; entry level.
• Prior admin, document-control, editing or project-support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for multi-tasking and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional correspondence.
• Solid file-management, document-control and version-control abilities.
• Able to collaborate with project teams and other departments.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital content and media support: basic edits and organization of photos, videos, and documents.
• Edit and enhance project materials using photo/video tools; adjust images, add text or effects.
• Enter and update information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
• Maintain and organize spreadsheets tracking contract requirements and project statuses.
• Gather materials from internal teams, verify completeness, and follow up on revisions.
• Maintain electronic and physical project files with naming/version control.
• Learn new editing tools and adapt to different platforms per project needs.
• Coordinate submission schedules and communicate status and document needs to sales/admin.
• Support customer communication related to submittals and assist CAD/PM teams as needed.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement goals and perform other duties as assigned.
