Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Electrical, Power, Industrial, Mechanical, Math, Statistics or Operational Research.
• GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations across system operations, market operations, transmission planning, and engineering support.
• Apply engineering principles and power system concepts to studies, operational and market analyses, and planning.
• Participate in mentorship with program leadership and rotating managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to support grid operations and market administration.
• Engage with former program employees and executives through roundtable discussions.
