PJM Interconnection is seeking recent graduates for a 24-month rotational program designed to build a foundation in electric power systems, real-time grid operations, and electricity markets. Through this 24-month rotational program, participants will complete three eight-month rotations across PJM Interconnection to build a practical foundation in electric power systems, real-time grid operations, wholesale electricity markets, and long-term transmission planning. The program is designed for new college graduates who are interested in applying technical engineering knowledge to support the reliable operation and planning of the regional power grid. Upon completion of the program, participants will be placed into a permanent position at PJM that aligns with their skills, interests, performance, and business needs.
