Job summary

PJM Interconnection, LLC offers a 24-month rotational program starting June 2027 for new graduates to gain hands-on experience in electric power systems, real-time grid operations, wholesale electricity markets, and long-term transmission planning.

Participants rotate through system operations, market operations, and planning, with mentoring and exposure to senior leaders, and are placed into a permanent role after completion.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with GPA 3.0+.
• Ability to apply electrical engineering concepts and power system fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations across system and market operations, transmission planning, and related engineering support.
• Apply engineering principles to support studies, operational and market analyses, and planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
