Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO seeks a Senior Project Manager for PowerCab2 to lead end-to-end customer projects from order to delivery, coordinating Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Success with discipline and urgency.

You will drive accountability across functions, manage risks, and protect customer outcomes in a fast-growing environment, with strong communication and project-management discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, service delivery, operations, or related areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
• Ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
• Strong communication, issue escalation, and status update skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerCab2 customer projects from order acceptance through final shipment and delivery.
• Own portfolio and execution rhythm for PowerCab2 orders, including timelines and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Order Management, Customer Success, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Define clear scope, ownership, and handoffs for each project.
• Refine the scalable PowerCab2 execution model with defined processes and milestones.
• Support transition toward configured-to-order execution where appropriate.
• Operationalize PowerCab2 configuration rules and options with Engineering and Commercial teams.
• Identify recurring process breakdowns and work with leaders to eliminate root causes.
