Job summary

Nextpower in United States (Colorado) seeks a Director of Global Program Management to lead the PM function for Power & Mechanical Systems. The role owns the global PM operating model, governance, and cross-functional delivery across sourcing, manufacturing readiness, NPI, and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the global Program Management organization across Power Systems, Mechanical Systems, and related domains.
Partner with ME, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and Operations to deliver complex programs.
Drive program cadence, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
Own portfolio dashboards, KPI reporting, and cross-functional accountability.
Coach and develop a global team of program managers and PM leaders.
Support factory ramps, NPI, cost reduction, and supplier transitions.
